The online Executive Master of Urban Planning from top-ranked USC Price School of Public Policy1 is an accelerated, 24-unit program designed for professionals with a real estate or urban planning background.

We offer three start dates per year: January, May and September.

Applicants to our online program are held to the same admissions standards as USC Price’s on-campus programs. All candidates must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university to apply.

Because this is an executive degree, we prefer applicants who have five to seven years of work experience related to urban planning, real estate development or the intersection of those fields. You should be sure to highlight that work experience and how it motivates your desire to pursue this degree in your application.
